Delivery Terms:
• Delivery may take up to 2 weeks within India and 3 weeks internationally.

• Cash on delivery is not available.
Return and Exchange Policy:
• Return and exchange is accepted within 15 days of receiving the package.
• Sale products are not eligible for return and exchange.
• We offer credit note upon return which is valid for up to 0.5 year from the date of purchase. Refund is offered only if client has received a damaged, defective or wrong supply of products.
• Intimation for return/exchange should be sent to incaindiaofficial@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving the package. Parcel will be picked up within 2-3 working days of raising the query.
• The tags on the product and packaging of the product should be intact.
• The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
• Return and exchange is accepted within India only.
